Calvin Heimburg finally won the 2026 United States Disc Golf Championship, his first USDGC title, after eight previous appearances at Winthrop. Heimburg finished at -23, two strokes ahead of Gannon Buhr and Ricky Wysocki, who tied for second. The final round saw a dramatic shift in the lead, with Heimburg’s clutch putt on Hole 17 and a key break on the final hole ultimately deciding the championship. Heimburg’s win comes after a season where he finished third in the DGPT Powerball World Standings.
